PROJECTS
Every tool here started the same way — someone saw a broken process and decided to build something better. These are working applications, not mockups.
CareerFile
LiveA smarter way to build a resume that actually tells your story
Most AI tools produce generic career materials because they don't have any real context on you. CareerFile fixes that. It conducts a structured 11-section interview about your career, then generates a CareerFile and Master Resume — a package you upload into any AI tool (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) to generate tailored resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn bios, and interview prep drawn from one consistent source of truth.
Built from the firsthand experience of sending 200+ job applications with zero callbacks — not because the resume was formatted wrong, but because no tool helped you capture and organize what you actually have to say before trying to say it.
What it demonstrates: The ability to identify a broken user experience, diagnose the real problem underneath it, and build a solution that works the way people actually think — not the way software typically forces them to.
Port Status Map
Coming SoonGovernment data, made actually usable
The U.S. Coast Guard publishes port status information through NavCen — open/closed status, security levels, weather conditions — but delivers it as dense, poorly formatted text on a government website. The information is technically there. Finding what you need is the problem.
The Port Status Map takes that data and renders it as an intuitive, visual map. Same information, completely different experience. You'll be able to see the status of every major U.S. port at a glance instead of scrolling through walls of text. Currently in final development — mapping 250+ port locations for accurate geographic display.
What it demonstrates: The diagnostic instinct in its purest form. The data wasn't wrong — the delivery was. This is the same principle behind fixing a CRM that has the right fields but the wrong workflow. Sometimes the fix isn't more data, it's better presentation.
Flight Status Board
LiveReal-time flight information, simplified
A clean, visual flight status display that cuts through the noise of traditional airline tracking tools. Designed for people who just want to know: is my flight on time, and when does it leave?
What it demonstrates: Information density handled well. The challenge isn't getting flight data — it's presenting it so the one thing you care about is immediately visible without hunting through menus and ads.
Why Build These?
Every one of these tools started with the same observation: someone has the information they need, but the way it's delivered makes it harder than it should be. A government website with the right data in the wrong format. A resume builder that asks the wrong questions. A flight tracker buried under ads and upsells.
Fixing information delivery problems is the same instinct that drives the consulting work. Whether it's a port status map or a broken CRM workflow, the diagnostic process is identical: find where the breakdown is happening, understand why, and build something better.
These tools were built using human-directed AI — identifying the problem and designing the solution requires judgment and experience. The AI accelerates the building. That's the model.
